Welcome to your first day of Creative Writing! I'm thrilled to be working with you and teaching this class. Today we will spend some time getting to know each other and talking about what your expectations are for the course as well as your major concerns. I do want it to meet your needs so be sure to tell me what you are looking to get out of our time together this semester.
